I require at least a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. If it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment I will automatically charge the card on file 50% payment of what your original appointment cost would have been. Cancellation fees will not be used as credit for any future appointment. It is a penalty for cancelling on short notice. ***PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fees and no show fees may be waived for EMERGENCY situations. If your cancellation is due to an emergency, please inform me upon cancelling. No-Shows If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify me via call/text/dm, I will automatically charge the card on file 100% payment of what your original appointment cost would have been. Confirmation Text Prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text which you will need to confirm with the link in the text. If you do not confirm by 9pm the night before your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and our cancellation policy will apply. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and to confirm your appointment ahead of time.
